Personal pickup:
Pickup in person is possible at the Fugo Group warehouse at Działkowa 56a, hala 2, 02-234 Warsaw, Poland.
We invite you from Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 17:00 to come and get your purchase. Please also contact us in advance when you want to come for a pickup, so then we can do it in the best possible conditions for you and us.
The cost of such delivery is free of charge. Payment for orders on the spot possible only in cash. If this method was chosen - Fast online transfer, when placing the order, you will not incur any fees because the goods have already been paid.
The time for completing the order is up to 1 business day from the moment the funds are credited or from the moment the order is accepted for execution in the case of choosing payment on delivery.
We will inform you when the order is ready for pick-up by e-mail or by phone.
Courier (Poland):
Price of delivery by prepayment - 15 zł (free delivery from 300 zł).
Price of delivery by cash on delivery - 20 zł (the deducted amount must be prepared in cash, the courier is not obliged to give the change).

Payment methods:
Poland:
- Cash on delivery (the deducted amount must be prepared in cash, the courier is not obliged to give the change)
- Fast online transfer (TPay.com)
Europe:
- Bank transfer (after placing the order, we send the details for payment, after the funds are credited to the account, we send the ordered goods)
The maximum order weight is 30kg (10kg for foreign delivery). If you need additional 30kg (10kg), you need to make another order.
A fiscal receipt is attached to each order.
The VAT invoice is available on request, if you will provide the tax identification number (VAT number) before payment.
To check the status of the shipment, use the link sent to you by email.
To ensure the safety of our customers' shipments, each shipment is insured (insured value is equivalent to the order value).
All defects and damages must be reported to the courier while picking the order, what means, that the order must be opened and checked in the presence of the courier, otherwise the complaint is not guaranteed.
